Job Description:

As a QA Solution Architect/QA Practice Lead II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our QA strategies, ensuring the quality of complex software systems, and providing leadership to our QA engineers. You should have expertise in testing methodologies, test automation, continuous integration/delivery, programming languages for automation, and a deep understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design and implement QA strategies for complex software systems, ensuring quality and reliability.
Test Automation: Lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks.
CI/CD: Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
Programming: Utilize programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for test automation.
Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering their growth and development.
Methodologies: Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve testing processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (X+ years) in quality assurance and software testing.
In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Solution architecture experience with a focus on QA strategies.
Expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD, and relevant programming languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience in mentoring QA engineers.
Solid grasp of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience in cloud technologies and containerization is advantageous.
