Job Summary: As a QA Lead specializing in Cards & Payments Domain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects related to authorization, settlement, disputes, and clearing processes. Your expertise in functional/manual testing, ISO payment protocols (8583), and switch and payment simulation tools will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions. As a leader, you will also be responsible for team management and client/stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional/Manual Testing: Conduct functional and manual testing for projects related to Cards & Payments Domain.
  • Testing Lifecycle and Tools: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the full testing lifecycle and utilize relevant testing tools.
  • Authorization, Settlement, Disputes, and Clearing: Strong experience in testing these key aspects of the Cards & Payments Domain.
  • Cards Simulators: Experience with cards simulators will be an advantage.
  • ISO Payment Protocols (8583): In-depth knowledge and experience in ISO payment protocols.
  • Switch and Payment Simulation Tools: Exposure and knowledge of switch and payment simulation tools.
  • Test Management Tools: Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, ALM, etc.
  • Platform Experience: Familiarity with Unix and SQL or Mainframe tool for testing.
  • Project Delivery Models: Work with Agile/Waterfall model and Scrum and Sprint delivery models.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with excellent written skills.
  • Team Leading Experience: Experience in team leading, including status reporting, governance meetings, client management, and stakeholder management.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in QA with a focus on Cards & Payments Domain.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of authorization, settlement, disputes, and clearing processes.
  • Expertise in ISO payment protocols (8583) and switch and payment simulation tools.
  • Strong experience in functional/manual testing.
  • Familiarity with cards simulators will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, ALM, etc.
  • Experience in working with Unix and SQL or Mainframe tool for testing.
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall model and Scrum and Sprint delivery models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in team leading and managing project teams.
