As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, create test cases, and implement quality assurance standards. Your expertise in both manual and automated testing will be crucial in identifying defects and improving the overall quality of our software. Here are the key responsibilities of the role:

- Manual and Automation Testing: Utilize your experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and test scenarios based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance Standards: Interpret and implement quality assurance standards to maintain consistent testing practices.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity standards are met to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the application.
- Automated Test Frameworks: Plan, develop, execute, maintain, and enhance Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for both web and database applications.
- Defect Reporting: Accurately report and track testing-related defects and issues by writing effective and thorough bug reports. Verify bug fixes to ensure they are properly addressed.
- Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing-related tasks with business stakeholders and other IT departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the quality system and suggest enhancements to testing processes.
- Adaptability: Learn and adapt to new technologies as needed to stay current with industry trends.
- Automation Solutions: Identify and deploy automation solutions based on evolving project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case development, and test execution.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and data integrity requirements.
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and improving Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts.
- Excellent defect reporting and tracking skills.
- Effective coordination with business stakeholders and IT departments.
- Adaptability to learn and work with new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
