Role Overview: As a QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer at TetriQ Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through both manual and automated testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, create detailed test cases, and develop automated test scripts using Python and Selenium. Your expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and your commitment to delivering high-quality software will be instrumental in the success of our projects.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans for both manual and automated testing.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium, with a focus on reusability and scalability.
- Execute both manual and automated test cases to identify defects, regressions, and ensure product quality.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, isolate, and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed defect reports.
- Participate in code reviews, offering insights into testability and potential issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the automation testing framework.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in quality assurance and test automation.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in automation testing using Python and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and defect life cycle.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience in working with remote teams and in a remote work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiner with a notice period of up to 30 days.
