As a QA Automation Engineer at Sedin Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for various aspects of automation testing, contributing to the development and enhancement of automation frameworks, and conducting independent testing activities. If you have a minimum of 5 years of overall testing experience, including 3 years in automation, and a strong grasp of testing lifecycle activities, we encourage you to apply.

- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in software testing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in handling overall testing lifecycle activities.
- Ability to conduct testing independently, identify risks, issues, bugs, heuristics, and various types of tests.
- Proficiency in UI Automation, API testing, and Mobile testing is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one UI Automation tool (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, TypeScript/Javascript, Python).
- Experience in writing automation scripts from scratch or contributing to automation framework development.
- Additional experience in automation related to test data, performance, or tool development is a plus.
- Early joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to verify the functionality and performance of software applications.
- Testing Lifecycle: Handle overall testing lifecycle activities, including test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
- Independent Testing: Conduct testing independently, identifying risks, issues, bugs, heuristics, and various types of tests.
- UI, API, and Mobile Testing: Proficiency in conducting UI automation, API testing, and mobile testing is a plus.
- Automation Tools: Utilize UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Programming Languages: Utilize programming languages like Java, TypeScript/Javascript, or Python for automation.
- Automation Frameworks: Contribute to the development and enhancement of automation frameworks.
- Additional Automation: Explore opportunities for automation in areas such as test data, performance, or tool development.
