Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Pune (Magarpatta City, Hadapsar)
Mobikode, a leading technology company, is currently seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Pune (Magarpatta City, Hadapsar). As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the implementation of automated testing practices. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and possess strong skills in API automation testing using RestAssured, Selenium Java, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Automation Testing: With 4-7 years of experience in automation testing, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. Your expertise in API automation testing using RestAssured and Selenium Java will be essential in creating robust and efficient test automation frameworks.
- API Automation Testing: You will have hands-on experience in API automation testing using tools like RestAssured. Your knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML will enable you to design and execute comprehensive test cases, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our API integrations.
- Selenium Java: Proficiency in Selenium Java is essential for this role. You will leverage your Selenium skills to automate web application testing and contribute to the overall quality and stability of our software products.
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Concepts: A solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts is required. Your knowledge of OOP principles and practices will enable you to design and implement effective test automation frameworks and maintainable test scripts.
- Test Framework Development: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable and reusable test automation frameworks. Your ability to design modular and efficient frameworks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand software requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. Your ability to join the team quickly will enable us to maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4-7 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong skills in API automation testing using RestAssured.
- Proficiency in Selenium Java for web application automation testing.
