Job Description:

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for various aspects of software testing, including Automation Testing using Selenium with Java, API testing, and knowledge of build automation technologies like Maven and Jenkins. Your experience with relational databases and familiarity with different operating systems will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, domain experience with Claim + Integration in the US Healthcare sector will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Automation Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java to validate software functionality and identify defects.
2. Build Automation: Utilize build automation technologies like Maven, Jenkins, etc., to streamline and enhance the automation testing process.
3. API Testing: Conduct API testing to validate the integration and functionality of web services.
4. Database Testing: Apply your knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, DB2, MSSQL) to test data integrity and interactions with the software.
5. Operating Systems: Work with various operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows) to ensure software compatibility and performance across platforms.
6. US Healthcare Domain: Utilize your domain experience with Claim + Integration in the US Healthcare sector to understand and test healthcare-specific functionalities.
7. Test Scenario and Test Case Design: Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
8. Test Execution: Execute test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects, track them to resolution, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
9. Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
10. Test Reporting: Document and communicate test results and findings to stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or a similar role in software testing.
2. Proficiency in Automation Testing using Selenium with Java.
3. Experience with build automation technologies like Maven, Jenkins, etc.
4. Familiarity with API testing to validate web services.
5. Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, and MSSQL for database testing.
6. Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows) for platform testing.
7. Domain experience in the US Healthcare sector, specifically with Claim + Integration.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
