Position Overview: As an Online Trainer in Automation Testing at Deltacubes Technology, you will play a pivotal role in imparting your expertise and knowledge to aspiring professionals and enthusiasts looking to enhance their skills in the realm of software testing. - Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for Automation Testing, catering to learners of varying skill levels.
- Deliver engaging and informative online training sessions to a global audience, covering a range of topics including Typescript, Selenium, Appium, API testing, Cypress, and Mobile Testing.
- Provide practical examples, use cases, and hands-on exercises to ensure learners gain a deep understanding of the subject matter.
- Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment through live demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and group discussions.
- Monitor and assess the progress of participants, provide constructive feedback, and address any queries or challenges they may encounter during the training.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Automation Testing tools, methodologies, and best practices, incorporating relevant updates into the training content.
- Collaborate with the Deltacubes Technology team to align training materials with real-world industry scenarios and projects.
- Continuously refine and improve training materials based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and expertise in Automation Testing, with a strong command of the following technologies: Typescript, Selenium, Appium, API testing, Cypress, and Mobile Testing.
- A track record of professional experience in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable and relatable manner.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred but not mandatory.
- High proficiency in crafting engaging and comprehensive training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessment materials.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the evolving landscape of software testing and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions and materials.
- A dedicated and collaborative attitude, with the capability to adapt to the learning pace of diverse participants.
- A portfolio showcasing any prior training materials, articles, or presentations related to Automation Testing is a plus.
