Position: Java Automation Testing
Location: Noida, Chennai
Sopra Steria India, a leading IT services company, has multiple job opportunities for Java Automation Testing professionals. We are seeking candidates with 3-6 years of relevant experience in Java, Selenium, Jenkins as a CI-CD tool, and framework implementation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Java-based automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Collaborate with the development and testing teams to understand project requirements and design effective test cases.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and resolve issues.
- Use Jenkins as a CI-CD tool for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and maintainability.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation testing.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Java Automation Testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
- Experience with Jenkins as a CI-CD tool for automation testing.
- Knowledge of test framework implementation, such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred (within 30 days).
