Position: BOT QA Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the complete QA process for the conversational experience, ensuring the highest quality and functionality.
- Develop and script test cases to perform unit testing on the Dialogflow BOT.
- Utilize expertise in QA Automation, Java, and Python to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Prioritize and execute test cases to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to address issues and provide feedback.
- Identify and report defects, track them through the defect management process, and verify fixes.
- Conduct root cause analysis on defects and implement corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in BOT development and QA Automation.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on testing progress, issues, and potential improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in QA Automation, Java, and Python.
- Prior experience in BOT development or testing is essential.
- Solid scripting skills and the ability to create comprehensive test cases.
- Experience with conversational interfaces, Dialogflow, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with defect management tools and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
