Job Description:

As an Automation Testing professional at Wiselink Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions for our client, Infosys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize your expertise in automation testing, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your strong experience in Selenium test automation to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts that ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of software applications.
  • Demonstrating a strong programming background in Java to create efficient and effective automation scripts that meet testing requirements.
  • Showcasing your proficiency in SQL to validate data integrity and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems during testing.
  • Leveraging CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Maven to establish continuous integration pipelines and smooth integration processes.
  • Applying your knowledge of Lean/Agile methodologies, JIRA, and ALM to work collaboratively in an agile development environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Demonstrating leadership skills to effectively manage and guide the team, ensuring efficient testing processes and timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams, business analysts, and product managers to understand testing requirements and drive the development of comprehensive test strategies.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects and anomalies, providing detailed information to assist in bug resolution.
  • Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies, sharing insights to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in automation testing, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in Selenium test automation, demonstrating the ability to design and execute automated test scripts.
  • Proficiency in Java programming, enabling the creation of efficient and effective automation scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and integration testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Maven.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Agile methodologies, JIRA, and ALM.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
