About Talent Worx: Talent Worx is a leading talent acquisition firm, specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top companies across various industries. We are currently hiring for an Automation Tester for one of our premium MNC clients.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Automation Tester at Talent Worx, your responsibilities will include:
- Automation Testing: Utilize your expertise in automation testing to design, develop, and execute test scripts using tools such as Selenium. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Manual Testing: Demonstrate proficiency in manual testing methodologies. Conduct manual test cases, identify defects, and provide accurate and detailed defect reports.
- Performance Testing: It would be advantageous to have exposure and experience in any performance testing tools. Conduct performance testing activities, including load testing and stress testing, to evaluate system performance and scalability.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test strategies. Develop and execute test plans, ensuring adequate test coverage.
- Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, track, and report defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Test Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Ensure that test artifacts are well-documented and easily accessible for future reference.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Automation Tester at Talent Worx, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: Have 3-6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing. Prior experience with Selenium is essential.
- Automation Testing: Possess a strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools, particularly Selenium. Demonstrate proficiency in designing, developing, and executing test scripts.
- Manual Testing: Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and techniques. Ability to perform manual testing activities and effectively identify and report defects.
- Performance Testing (Advantageous): It would be advantageous to have exposure and experience in any performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Be able to effectively communicate test results, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
