Position Overview: As part of Infosys’ continued expansion, we are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in Automation Testing, Cloud Testing, and ETL to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through efficient testing processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the chance to work on projects that leverage your skills and contribute to our clients’ success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand software requirements, design comprehensive test plans, and create detailed test cases.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to identify defects, regressions, and ensure product quality.
  • Perform manual testing to cover scenarios that are not covered by automated tests.
  • Execute tests across various platforms, including cloud environments, to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce and isolate issues, and provide detailed defect reports.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of test automation frameworks.
  • Provide insights into testability and potential issues during code reviews.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in quality assurance and testing.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Automation Testing, Cloud Testing, or ETL.
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Experience in testing cloud-based applications and services, leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect life cycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
