We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore.

Job Summary: As an Automation Tester at Teamware Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through automation testing. Your expertise in automation testing, unit testing, and test script design will be essential in developing robust testing frameworks and delivering high-quality software products. You will work closely with the development team, perform requirement analysis, and execute test cases to provide accurate test results and defect reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Automation Testing Experience: Utilize your 4 to 10 years of experience in automation testing to design and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  2. Web and Mobile Application Automation: Possess a strong understanding of automation testing for both web and mobile applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  3. Unit Testing: Conduct unit testing to verify the accuracy and functionality of individual components of the software.
  4. Strong Knowledge of STLC: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to effectively plan and execute testing activities.
  5. Automation based on BDD: Utilize tools like Specflow to implement automation based on Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles.
  6. Framework Development and Test Script Design: Leverage your expertise in framework development to design effective and maintainable test scripts.
  7. Appium, Python/Java: Proficiently use automation tools like Appium and programming languages like Python or Java for automation testing.
  8. Customer Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
  9. Requirement Analysis and Test Case Writing: Analyze software requirements and write comprehensive test cases to ensure test coverage.
  10. Test Execution and Reporting: Execute test cases, report test results, and track defects using test and defect management tools like Jira.
  11. Device Testing and Test Data Simulation: Gain exposure to device testing and simulate test data to ensure real-world scenario testing.
  12. Compatibility Testing: Conduct compatibility testing on various browsers and mobile devices (if applicable).
  13. Embedded Testing/ Medical Device Connectivity: Experience or knowledge in embedded testing or medical device connectivity will be considered a plus.
  14. Health Care Knowledge: Familiarity with health care processes and domain will be considered a plus.
