Job Summary:
As an Automation Tester at Spruce InfoTech, Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through Automation Testing. Your expertise in Selenium Automation Testing, Java programming, SQL, and Database testing will be crucial in designing, developing, and executing test cases. You will work collaboratively with agile pod teams and be an individual contributor to deliver high-quality products to our clients.

- Automation Testing: Utilize your 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Java + Selenium to design and execute automated test cases.
- SQL and Database Testing: Demonstrate your 3+ years of good hands-on experience in SQL and Database testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Agile Pod Teams: Work effectively as an individual contributor within agile pod teams, collaborating with developers and other stakeholders.
- Gitlab: Experience with Gitlab is a must, enabling effective version control and collaboration in a team environment.
- Database Testing: Possess at least 3 years of experience in Database Testing to validate data interactions and integrations with software applications.
- Fluent English Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as an Automation Tester with a focus on Java + Selenium Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Database Testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor within agile pod teams, supporting agile development practices.
- Experience with Gitlab for version control and collaboration in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve defects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
