Roles & Responsibilities: Introlligent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Test Engineer to join our team at our Bangalore/Bengaluru (Marathahalli) location. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through effective test automation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Test Automation Expertise: Demonstrating strong expertise in Test Automation/Automation Testing, utilizing modern testing tools and frameworks to develop automated test suites.
  • Testing Concepts: Possessing a solid understanding of software testing concepts, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), testing methodologies, and test estimations.
  • BDD Framework: Utilizing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework using Cucumber to create structured and readable test scenarios.
  • Automation Tools: Showcasing a robust automation testing experience, particularly in using Selenium with Java to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
  • Continuous Integration: Implementing Continuous Integration (CI) practices by integrating automated tests into Jenkins pipelines to ensure consistent and timely execution.
  • Version Control: Utilizing GitHub for version control, maintaining code repositories, and collaborating effectively with the development team.
  • Workday Experience: Having experience in Workday is a valuable plus, contributing to testing efforts for Workday-related projects.
  • AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is advantageous, enhancing your ability to work on projects involving AWS infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and address issues during testing.
  • Communication: Exhibiting excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Hybrid Work Mode: Embracing a hybrid work mode, combining in-office and remote work as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience in Test Automation/Automation Testing, with a focus on creating efficient and effective automated test suites.
  • Proficiency in using BDD framework, specifically Cucumber, for creating structured and readable test scenarios.
  • Extensive experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java for web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins for integrating automated tests.
  • Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaborative software development.
  • Experience with Workday and/or AWS is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a hybrid work mode, balancing in-office and remote work.
