- Selenium Frameworks and Tools: Independently work on Selenium Frameworks and Tools, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing them for effective test automation.
- Test Automation: Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium Webdriver with Java/Cucumber BDD, creating and maintaining test automation frameworks that align with industry best practices.
- Java Programming: Possess sound knowledge of Java Programming Language, enabling you to write efficient and reliable automation scripts.
- Test Artifacts: Draft comprehensive test artifacts, including Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Requirements Traceability Matrices, to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Reusable Test Data: Create and maintain reusable test data for automation scripts, facilitating efficient and maintainable test automation.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, report on test progress, and discuss test results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software test automation, with a focus on Selenium Webdriver and Java.
- Proven expertise in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks using Cucumber BDD or similar methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Java Programming Language, enabling you to write efficient automation scripts.
- Familiarity with test data management techniques to create and maintain reusable test data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and product owners.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate test execution and defect reporting.
