Job Summary: As an Automation Anywhere Developer at KPMG India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere’s platform. Your expertise in process automation and your ability to work with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in streamlining business processes and delivering efficient solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process automation requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop automation solutions using Automation Anywhere’s RPA platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement automated workflows, data manipulations, and integrations to optimize business processes.
- RPA Implementation and Testing:
- Conduct thorough testing of developed automation workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing automation processes, making necessary improvements for optimal performance.
- Work closely with the testing team to validate and document the performance of automated processes.
- Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Continuously assess and identify areas for process improvement and automation within client organizations.
- Recommend automation solutions that enhance productivity, reduce errors, and increase overall efficiency.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies and ROI analyses for potential RPA projects.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and support to junior developers or team members when required.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team’s skills and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing Automation Anywhere solutions.
- Proficiency in creating bots, building automated workflows, and configuring bots to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA would be an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results within strict deadlines.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
