- API Testing Expertise: Utilize your hands-on knowledge of API testing techniques and REST tools to conduct comprehensive API testing. Verify data integrity, functional correctness, and performance of APIs to ensure optimal software performance.
- API Request Building: Demonstrate the ability to build API requests based on business documentation and specifications. Translate business requirements into functional and effective API test scenarios.
- Independent Work: Display self-reliance and the capability to work individually to execute API testing tasks. Contribute to the development of testing strategies and plans to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Programming Skills: Utilize programming skills to analyze developer code and understand the technical aspects of APIs. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java is preferred.
- Test Scenario Creation: Showcase your proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and test suites using tools like JIRA, XRay, and Bitbucket. Ensure comprehensive coverage of testing scenarios.

- JAVA Rest Assured: Apply your expertise in Java Rest Assured to design and execute automated API tests. Utilize TestNG for test orchestration and result analysis.
- Results Analysis and Updates: Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide insights to update existing test suites based on API changes. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3.6 years to 8 years of relevant experience in API Automation Testing, with a strong focus on Rest Assured.
- Proficiency in building API requests and test scenarios based on business documentation.
- Understanding of programming languages, with a preference for Java.
- Experience creating test cases, test suites, and test scenarios using tools like JIRA, XRay, and Bitbucket.
- Exposure to UI Automation, Selenium, and TestNG.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
