- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS applications using Appium, Python, and the Robot framework.
- Create and configure test environments using Android Studio and XCode IDEs.
- Configure and manage MAC book systems for test execution, and work proficiently with MAC and Linux OS commands.
- Utilize CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jenkins, etc., to integrate test automation into the development pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute test strategies, test plans, and test specifications using tools like Jira and Xray.
- Apply Agile methodology principles to ensure effective and efficient testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the Selenium framework for web automation.
- Possess knowledge of AWS Serverless architecture components like AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and S3 (preferred).
- Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to identify and address defects and quality issues.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in mobile testing and automation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-8 years) in Android and iOS app automation using Appium, Python, and Robot framework.
- Proficiency in creating and configuring test environments using Android Studio and XCode IDEs.
- Strong command of MAC book configuration, MAC, and Linux OS commands.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, etc., to ensure seamless integration of test automation.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodology principles.
- Knowledge of AWS Serverless architecture components (AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, S3) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Selenium framework for web automation.
- ISTQB or any other relevant certifications in testing would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
