This role offers the opportunity to work in multiple locations, including Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bangalore.
Job Summary: As an Android & iOS Automation Tester at Sanchovni Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automation tests using Appium, Python, and Robot framework. Your expertise in creating test environments, working with CI/CD tools, and executing test strategies will contribute directly to the success of our projects.

- Utilize hands-on experience to automate Android and iOS app testing using Appium, Python, and Robot framework.
- Create and configure test environments using Android Studio and XCode IDEs.
- Configure and manage MAC book and Linux OS for testing purposes.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like GIT, Jenkins, etc.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test specifications using Jira and Xray.
- Work closely with Agile teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes.
- Gain proficiency in AWS Serverless architecture components, including AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and S3.
- Leverage knowledge of Selenium framework for additional testing capabilities.
- Possess ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications as an added advantage.
- Take a proactive approach to workload management and continuous improvement within the testing team.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal English language skills for effective communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience of 3 – 8 years in Android and iOS app automation using Appium, Python, and Robot framework.
- Proficiency in creating test environments using Android Studio and XCode.
- Familiarity with MAC book configuration, MAC, and Linux OS commands.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and its implementation.
- Understanding of AWS Serverless architecture components is a plus.
- Familiarity with Selenium framework is desired.
- ISTQB or relevant testing certifications are advantageous.
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
