- Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification
- Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions
- Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users
- Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application
- Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvement
- specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices
- Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new and existing solutions
- Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users’ support requests.
- Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations
- Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
- Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution
