InnovsolTech is actively hiring an experienced Hogan Tester for a 100% remote contract role in the Banking Domain. This is a one-year contract position with the potential for renewal. We are looking for professionals with deep expertise in Hogan mainframe testing and a strong background in core banking systems.
Position: Hogan Tester – Banking Domain
Experience: 10+ Years
Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine testing scope.
- Identify, prioritize, and design test conditions that address product risks.
- Execute manual progression and regression testing.
- Develop comprehensive test cases, test plans, and quality documentation.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot environment issues effectively.
- Verify database interactions and perform mainframe testing with distributed systems.
- Conduct system, integration, and performance testing.
- Communicate testing strategies, plans, and results clearly with stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of Core Banking mainframe testing with expertise in Hogan.
- Strong manual testing, system, and integration testing skills.
- Proficiency in test process management and governance.
- Banking domain knowledge, including lending processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Nice to have: Automated testing, Load & Performance Testing.
