Position Overview
We are looking for professionals with 4-7 years of experience in Functional Testing and Automation Testing to join our team. As an SQA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement gathering and functional understanding discussions.
- Generate and review test cases based on requirements analysis and design documents.
- Perform functional testing adhering to prescribed standards, processes, and guidelines.
- Retest defects resolved by the software team and manage the defect tracker.
- Conduct smoke testing after code deployment into UAT/Production.
- Assist with postproduction client support and troubleshoot basic queries.
- Provide effort estimates for the creation and execution of test cases.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and generate Defect Analysis reports.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 4-7 years in Functional & Automation Testing.
- Experience with web testing, SQL querying, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of test management tools is desirable.
- B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc. degrees preferred.
