Position Overview
Fractal is looking for Data Test Engineers with 4-8 years of experience in ETL testing, data migration, and SQL. This role involves validating different aspects of data migration and ensuring the integrity of data throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pyspark, Python, and a strong understanding of AWS services like S3 and Glue.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate data migration and ETL processes using SQL and Python.
- Automate data validation, ingestion, mapping, reconciliation, and more using frameworks like Pytest.
- Conduct performance testing to validate data handling under stress.
- Collaborate with engineering, support teams, and business users to define test cases.
- Manage the testing and defect lifecycle efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SQL, ETL testing, and data migration.
- Knowledge of AWS ecosystem, Pyspark, and Python.
- Experience automating data validation and working with test automation frameworks.
