Job Description
- Testing web interfaces and workflows using a standard set of procedures to ensure quality products are delivered to our clients.
- Should have proficiency in front end and back end both.
- Test features such as searching and filtering based on client-specific content and user behaviors.
- Test based on business requirements and technical requirement documentation.
- Provide actionable, structured feedback to developers, designers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Design and implement testing plans for software development projects.
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency.
- Create test cases from requirements/user stories.
- Execute test plans and test cases and compile results.
- Assist in the review of the software development processes to improve product quality.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the existing products, operations, and systems.
- Create and/or run SQL scripts to populate data and validate test results.
- Design, develop, and maintain test scripts to be automated.
- Provide testing effort estimates for enhancement.
Required skills:
- Communication skills must allow the QA professional to provide written and oral feedback to internal team members.
- The QA professional should be familiar with the basic concepts of development.
- QA Analysis, UI Testing, software development life cycle, SQL
- Automation testing is a plus but not mandatory.
