Job Description

Develop a disaster recovery strategy and framework for critical enterprise applications.
Promote collaboration across teams, departments and BUs that have primary involvement in DR projects.
Work with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external (as needed) to discuss project status, recommendations, issues, bottlenecks, resolutions.
Oversee technical initiatives to architect, design, engineer, and implement technical disaster recovery strategies and solutions
Oversee the account level implementation of Business Continuity Management lifecycle, suggest recommendation and highlight risks/gaps to the management on periodic basis.
Work with business owners to define Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery project scope and project requirements, and oversees and prioritizes the multi-client delivery.
In addition, the candidate will act as Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Coordinator. Should be responsible for planning and executing BC & DR procedures and processes.
Experience with several Infrastructure systems required to support DR Tests – on prem, cloud, High Availability, component level, Application Failover/Failback etc.
Analyze impact on, and gap/risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
Team Management – o Offering constructive feedback to encourage skill-building
