About The Role
As a Senior Automation QA you help prevent shipping defects, accelerate delivery and improve quality in our leading customer-engagement product as part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance. You are responsible for designing and implementing test automation practices in close collaboration with engineering and product. You share a passion for high-quality software and strong engineering principles.
What you will do
- Build and/or grow our existing automation framework, developing new automation tests (functional, end-to-end, performance) and tools for our frontend, backend APIs and services.
- Ensure that shipped features are tested and meet customer requirements
- Prepare test cases based on product requirements, update regression suites
- Enable engineers to design and implement tests in an efficient way by providing them with the right tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.
- Partner with engineers to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation and release processes.
- Evangelize test automation best practices to the entire engineering organization.
- Mentor junior engineers both technically and culturally.
- Guide teams to improve code maintainability.

What we are looking for
Must have:
- CS degree or equivalent
- Problem-solving mindset, self-starter, passion for quality
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in test automation and infrastructure
- Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, and/or Python, ability to write scripts and small tools
- Proficiency with Selenium, XPath, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman
- Git knowledge
- Experience with Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins or other)
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Load testing
- Experience with TestCafe
- ISTQB certification is a plus
