Job Description: ● Strong knowledge in Selenium or Manual Testing Tool or any other web automation framework● Strong knowledge in Java Scripting / Java / Python● Knowledge in Appium or other mobile UI automation framework is an added advantage● Develop and maintain test automation scripts and framework.● Good communication skills● Work experience in web and mobile testing with expertise in web and mobile automation.● Must be able to work effectively within a project team● Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Candidate Profile: ● Must have a minimum 4+ years relevant experience in the IT Services Industry.● Undergrad degree in Information Technology (BS / B.E. / B-Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT)● Must be able to work effectively within a project team.● Profound knowledge of Software Development Process and Testing life cycle.● Hands-on experience in development of application changes, testing the changes and driving continuous delivery transformation within Scrum teams.● Proven understanding of industry standard methodologies in QA● Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Position: Manual Test EngineerExperience: 2 to 8 YearsLocation: Trivandrum Key Responsibilities Design and create test scripts to address areas such as database impacts, end-to-end scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, bug retests in preparation for implementation. Participate in Scrum and Planning meetings and contribute to Retrospective meetings. Assist in Planning /Estimation and Test Strategy Preparation. Reporting risks, issues and progress on a regular basis. Minimum Qualification and Experience Should be a graduate with 2 to 8 years of experience in Manual Testing on web and windows based applications. Mandatory Skills Should be able to work independently. Experience in analysing requirement/functional specifications and creating/reviewing Test cases. Proficient in Defect Management process. Knowledge of any software test life cycle models like V-model, Waterfall and Agile etc., preferably agile. Desired Skills Experience in Agile methodology. Certification on ISTQB Foundation. Competency Requirement Good communication skills. Attention to detail and drive for results. Good organizing & time management skills. Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude.
