Basic Function You will perform QA automation tasks, and manual testing for the TAA Service Excellence Support Ecosystem, which includes the support.cch.com site, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, SFS Support sites, ADO, GIT, Jenkins, TestRail & SPLUNK.
