Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack, ICMP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/ TLS, DNS and DHCP. Proficient in Networking fundamentals (L3 to L7) , Proxies, Firewalls, Routers and Load Balancers. Hands on experience with configuring VPNs and setting up GRE / IPSec Tunnels will be a plus. Experience setting up testbeds in a Virtualization environment is good to have. Self-starter, takes initiatives and ownerships, identifies and completes tasks within a reasonable timeframe and is goal driven. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate good debugging and troubleshooting skills. System Load and Performance testing knowledge is good to have. Demonstrate good leadership skills. Ability to work with remote teams, prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet the release timelines.
