Job Description

Testing and debugging skills on ServiceNow platform
Testing on ServiceNow IRM module customization
End to End Testing of Business workflows
Testing on ServiceNow instance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
Should be able to contribute and/or create Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies
Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment
Participate in system integration, and acceptance testing with other team members to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are clearly logged and prioritized consistently
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Primary Skills

Experience implementing Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow
Testing experience on ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integrations
Good experience of working with Testing Business Process Management workflows
Experience in executing test cases, reporting defects, and conducting Defect Triage calls

Secondary Skills

Understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect
Good exposure of scrum based agile methodology
Demonstrates ability to create complex test strategies and plans and has a solid grasp of advanced test design best practices
Able to communicate and document all the issues, follow up with Dev team to close the defects
Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
