E2E Planning Lead | 9 To 15 Years | Chennai

Job Description

• Review KPIs on monthly base with L1 Plan Business partner and facilities solution finding for guardrail breaches within the standard process.
• Demand/Supply Reconciliation and supports demand-Supply mismatch issues in the horizon 0-4weeks.
• Deliver operational plan and exceptional course correction.
• For changes beyond the operational boundaries brings recommendation from E2E specialist and Material Specialist, SU, Procurement and WH & T to a monthly meeting with the demand fulfilment manager for discussion and sign off.
• shares the residual projections with finance.
• Participate in the MTCP/LTCP meeting along with the E2E specialist to support SC plans.

Primary Skills

• Suppliers’ performance tracking.
• Valid and on company targets aligned production (MPS).
• Waste Management.
• Distribution Plan from sourcing units to distribution centers.

Secondary Skills

• Experience in ERP (preferrable Kinaxis).
• Good in excel & documents handling.
• Excellent in communication – verbal and written.
