Job Description

• Conduct Training and Assessments for fresher.
• Create Training Courseware and Artifact
• Mentoring of fresher batches.
• Coordinating with stakeholders (LnD, BU, External) for training and assessment.
• Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.

Primary Skills

• The candidate is expected to have atleast one Primary and one/more Secondary competencies in the below domains:
• Web Basic, RDBMS, Manual Testing, JIRA, Agile, Selenium, BDD with Cucumber, API Testing, Core Java, VBScript, Python, QTP/UFT – V&V Trainer

• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be smart and enjoy his/her work.
