Job Description:

WebSpero Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. If you have 1.5 – 3 years of experience in quality assurance, including exposure to MERN stack projects, and possess strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
2. MERN Stack Exposure: Exposure to testing projects in the MERN stack is a plus, demonstrating your adaptability to different technology stacks.
3. QA Methodologies: Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, ensuring efficient and effective testing procedures.
4. Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus, showcasing your ability to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
5. Agile Frameworks: Experience with agile frameworks and regression testing, enabling you to work efficiently in iterative development environments.
6. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, ensuring the identification and reporting of defects accurately.
7. Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
8. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
