As an Automation Tester at Test Yantra Software Solution Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to create and maintain automated test scripts, execute tests, and report defects. - Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java programming language.
- Test Planning: Create test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements, with a specific focus on Healthcare Domain.
- Test Execution: Execute automated test scripts, record test results, and report defects in a clear and organized manner.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Exploratory Testing: Conduct exploratory testing as required to uncover issues that automated tests may not catch.
- Defect Resolution: Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to ensure the overall quality of our web applications.
- Test Automation Framework: Continuously improve the test automation framework and scripts for better efficiency and test coverage.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and agile ceremonies to provide testing expertise.
- Test Data Management: Maintain test data and test environments to ensure test repeatability and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Healthcare Domain knowledge is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in test case design and execution.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- ISTQB or similar certification is a bonus.
