Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for our products.
- As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensure overall quality of the product.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases of our products, including functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations, to ensure that our product meets expected requirements and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to improve product quality and performance.
- Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools and methodologies to improve the testing process and ensure that our products meet industry standards.
- Track projects, tasks and bugs using company specified work tracking system.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of any automation/performance or security testing tool is an added advantage.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivation and drive to take on personal responsibility.
