Our timely, data-driven insights, business research and analysis bolster the Capgemini brand by heightening awareness of our FS expertise and encouraging client intimacy. We’re research and insight specialists who leverage proprietary methodologies, identify next-generation business and tech trends, and extrapolate actionable insights to create transformation roadmaps for our clients. Our team collects and assesses primary data for a first-hand view of where the market is going. We survey and interview more than 40,000 end-users and 500 FS sector executives every year, creating a rich and differentiated data repository. You will be regularly engaging with seasoned internal subject matter experts (SMEs), external insurance executives, and various InsurTech, Alliance, and innovation partners to deliver the thought leadership recognized by the industry. As part of the MI team, you will mine and develop a broad range of data and insights to spark client action. You will also hone your storytelling and data visualization skills. Qualification & Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant insurance sector experience gained during tenure at a consulting or financial services firm Degree in a relevant area, e.g., Business Administration (MBA) from reputable University or Institute Primary Skills Competence to develop compelling messages within a PowerPoint deck template and then convincingly present information to stakeholders Collect, assess and perform data analysis, and articulate data-based points of view for quick understanding/consumption General understanding of Digital Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), Application Programming Interfaces, Open Architecture Experience in Business writing and research, developing Point of View (PoV), White paper, Thought Leadership publications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential—PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or R is strongly preferred Secondary Skills The candidate should have the self-assurance to interact credibly with Capgemini Financial Services senior leaders and subject matter experts We are looking to hire a quick-learning critical thinker prepared, if necessary, to respectfully challenge the status quo Passionate about quality and efficiency, and consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude (at Capgemini, we call it La Niaque) A patient, long-term approach to attaining business goals/objectives will bolster your cultural fit Fluency in business English (written and verbal) Key Responsibilities Align with the MI Insurance domain lead and sector executives to identify the complex business, organizational and operational challenges of insurance firms and support the development of transformation roadmaps Collect and analyze information from internal and external SMEs through interviews, administration of primary surveys, one-on-one meetings, etc. Develop best practices around sector and account analyses and share with peers and colleagues.
